How it works
What lands in your inbox, and when.
Almost every firm in this category tells you what they do. Very few tell you what actually happens on a Tuesday. This page is that.
The operating rhythm
| When | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Sales imported from POS, deposits matched, invoices captured and coded | Nothing |
| Tuesday | Weekly flash: sales, covers, prime cost by unit against budget and last year | Read it — ten minutes |
| Thursday | AP run prepared with the payment schedule; 13-week cash projection updated | Approve the run |
| Payroll cycle | Payroll processed, tips allocated, filings and tip credit handled | Approve hours |
| Day 1–8 | Month-end close: reconciliations, accruals, inventory, intercompany | Nothing |
| Day 10 | Closed P&L, balance sheet and variance commentary delivered | Read it |
| Day 15 | Review call with your accountant, and the controller for CFO clients | Forty-five minutes |
| Quarterly | Benchmarking, budget revision, forward cash requirement | One session |
| Annually | Year-end close, tax preparation and filing, next-year budget | Sign |
Confirm before launch
These dates are the proposed structure. Each one becomes a published service level only once the firm confirms it can hold to it every period. Do not publish a commitment the operation cannot meet — a missed published SLA does more damage than no SLA.
Who you deal with
Outsourced does not have to mean anonymous.
Your accountant
A named person who runs your books day to day, knows your operation and answers your email.
Your controller
Senior review of the close, variance commentary and the monthly call. Included for CFO and controller clients.
The team behind them
AP, payroll and tax specialists, so no single person is a bottleneck and nothing stops for a holiday.

This section is designed to carry real people. Naming the team is one of the strongest available trust signals and the current site names no one at all.
